Extension Pack for Nevolution

You need Nevolution installed first for this to work.

Add following features to Nevolution:

* No notification loss when Nevolution is upgraded.

* No notification loss if Nevolution is crashed in any case.

* Better compatibility with apps not yet targeting Android 8+.
